Beginner riding lessons & trail rides in a relaxed & safe environment
Hurricane Hill Stables is located in Mason, New Hampshire, a quiet, country town on the Townsend, MA state line. We're just 3 towns west of Nashua, NH & just 3 miles from routes 119 & 13. We border the Boynton Town Forest in Mason which borders the Townsend State Forest in MA. We can ride the trails for miles without having to cross roads! There are all kinds of trails & terrain to explore with trails for novice trail riders on up. It is very scenic & quiet with lots of wild life, mountain laurel & wild blueberries which bloom in June/July. We do not bring very beginners on trails, but are very happy to teach you the skills required to get out there & ride safely!
- We provide beginner horseback riding lessons & trails year round (weather and footing permitting)
- We have horses available for on-farm leasing and gift certificates are always available for lessons.
- English or western riding lessons are taught by Kimberly Vocell. I am a licensed instructor with several years of experience teaching & training both horse & rider.
